I bought
one myself and love it! It gives you a great work out! Hits so
many muscles at once. It must be the way it leans you forward just a
bit that makes this one different from other ellipticals. And it was
less expensive and took up less floor space than all the others I looked
at. Beginners will have to start out slow - like 5 minutes or so -
but 5 minutes is better than 0 minutes - and you can slowly increase!
