scheduling
- Family Friendly Benefits
such as child scholarship programs, family picnics, supplemented or
on-site day care
- Lactation Programs
- Diversity Programs
- Companies who promote
women
- Programs that allow for
breaks in service
- Concierge programs that
bring services to employees. Dry cleaning pick up, for example.
- Any other activity,
benefit, policy or practice that makes balancing work and family
easier!
If the business meets our standards
of excellence they will be awarded our Womans-Work Family Friendly award!
