Inventory of Current Work-Life StatusIf your organization is like most others, you have flexible work arrangements happening in various departments. Whether or not you have policies governing telecommuting, flex scheduling or job sharing, you probably have employees who have negotiated these arrangements with their bosses and are working them as we speak.
