Inventory of Current Work-Life Status

If your organization is like most others, you have flexible work arrangements happening in various departments.  Whether or not you have policies governing telecommuting, flex scheduling or job sharing, you probably have employees who have negotiated these arrangements with their bosses and are working them as we speak.  The supervisor has responded to an individual employee need.  The organization as a whole may not have any idea that the arrangements are there.

If you don't know about the arrangements then your organization is missing out on the opportunity to showcase itself as a great place to work.  You may have balked, unnecessarily, at applying for a family friendly award, not realizing that the company actually is family friendly.

We can help!

We will:

  • Provide you with the tools necessary to uncover these arrangements
  • Customize the questionnaire and data results so that they are meaningful to your organization.
  • Gather information on the success rates
  • Pull out the best practices
  • Assist you with formalization through policy implementation
  • Help you utilize existence of these arrangements to recruit and retain highly qualified employees.
